KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 4 — Malaysia remains one of the top five non-European Union (EU) countries sending students to the United Kingdom (UK), and this is a testament of the strong education link which is a key pillar in the longstanding relationship between both countries, said British High Commissioner to Malaysia Charles Hay.
